Project Description
A storm water detention pond, 70 metres long and 5 metres wide, was constructed to facilitate the roofs syphonic drainage system. Perrin Concrete Pumping was contracted to supply and install 1,400 soil nails and reinforcing steel, 40 mpa shotcrete pump and placement. The site had many constraints including head height, columns and exiting finished works. The successful completion of this job, led to additional work in slope stabilization and sprayed concrete swails.
